How long does shipping take from Morocco?

Every Brassna fixture is handcrafted to order in our Marrakech workshop. Production takes 4–8 weeks before your piece is dispatched. Once it leaves the workshop, it ships worldwide via DHL / UPS: Standard 10–20 business days (free on orders over $500; otherwise $100) or Express 5–10 business days ($300 flat). All packages ship with tracking and require a signature on delivery.

What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 60 days of receipt. Fixtures must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Custom-finish and bespoke commissions are final sale.

What materials do you use?

Accepted Answer

Every fixture is solid brass or solid copper, cast and hand-finished — never plated over pot-metal or zinc. Valve internals are ceramic-disc cartridges rated for daily domestic use. Unlacquered finishes will patina naturally with water and time; that change of surface is intentional.

How do I care for unlacquered brass?

For a bright surface, wipe with a soft cloth and a mild brass polish every few months. To keep the living patina, simply wipe with a dry or damp cloth — no polish, no chemical cleaners. Avoid abrasives, bleach, and ammonia, which can damage the surface.

Do the fixtures meet US, EU, and UK plumbing standards?

Yes. All taps and shower valves ship with 1/2-inch inlets and standard fittings compatible with US, EU, and UK rough-ins. We recommend professional installation for warranty purposes.

Do you offer a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Every fixture carries a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects on the body and cartridge. The unlacquered finish is not covered under warranty because it is designed to patina — that ageing is part of the piece.

Where do the products ship from?

Accepted Answer

From our workshop at Rue des Chaudronniers 14, Marrakech, Morocco. Duties and import taxes are pre-paid on delivery to the US, EU, and UK — you pay no additional charges at customs.

Question 8

Can I request a custom finish or size?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on most pieces. Write to support@brassna.it.com with the product name and what you'd like changed — a matched-set of finishes for a whole bath, a longer riser on a tub filler, a different swing on a bridge tap. Custom work is final sale and adds 2–3 weeks to lead time.
