Every Brassna fixture is handcrafted to order in our Marrakech workshop. Production takes 4–8 weeksbefore your piece is packed and dispatched. Once it leaves the workshop, it ships worldwide via DHL / UPS. Free worldwide shipping on all orders of $500 and above.Orders under $500 ship standard for a flat $100. Need it sooner? Express is a flat $300 on any order.
Lead time & rates
- Production (made to order): 4–8 weeks in our Marrakech workshop
- Standard Shipping — 10–20 business days after dispatch: Free on orders $500+ · $100 flat under $500
- Express Shipping — 5–10 business days after dispatch: $300 flat on every order
Shipping timelines are counted from the day your piece leaves the workshop, not from the order date. Total order-to-door time is therefore roughly 4–8 weeks production + 10–20 days shipping (standard) or 4–8 weeks + 5–10 days (express).
Tracking
A tracking number is assigned once your order is packed and handed to the carrier — usually 2–4 business days after purchase. You'll receive it by email, and you can look up your order at any time on our Order Tracking page using your order reference and email. Until the tracking number is assigned, the tracking page shows "We're preparing your order".
Duties & taxes
For international destinations, import duties and local taxes are collected at checkout and included in your final total — you will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.
Delivery zones (Standard, from dispatch)

- North America: 12–18 business days
- Middle East & North Africa: 8–12 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 14–20 business days
- Rest of world: 15–20 business days
Freight items
Bathtubs, stone basins, and other freight items ship via specialized carrier with in-home delivery on request. Expect an additional 5–10 business days over the standard timeline.
Customs & delays
Occasionally, parcels are held at customs for inspection — this is outside our control and can add a few business days. If your order has not arrived within the maximum window above, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
