Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Brassna fixture. If you're not, you may return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Eligibility

  • Requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
  • Returned in the original packaging with all included parts.
  • Custom, engraved, or bespoke orders are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to return an item

  1. Email support@brassna.it.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the workshop return address in Marrakech.
  3. Ship the item back using a tracked service. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except in the case of a faulty or incorrect item, in which case we cover it.
  4. Once the item arrives and passes inspection, we issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

Prefer a different finish or size? Follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement — this is faster and more reliable than a formal exchange.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the item arriving at our workshop. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to display the credit on your statement.

Warranty

All Brassna fittings carry a 5-year mechanical warranty against manufacturing defects. Natural patina and small variations in finish are inherent to the craft and are not defects.
