1. The seller
Brassna is a workshop and retailer of handcrafted brass fixtures, based at Rue des Chaudronniers 14, 40000 Marrakech, MA. Contact: support@brassna.it.com.
2. Products & pricing
Every fixture is handmade; slight variations in finish, patina, and dimension are inherent to the craft and are not defects. Prices are displayed in US dollars and include applicable Moroccan taxes. International duties are calculated at checkout. Promotional discounts (e.g. our 40% off) apply only during the promotion window shown on the site.
We may correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order, and limit quantities per customer at our discretion.
3. Orders & contract
A binding sales contract is formed only when we send you an order-confirmation email. Until then, either party may cancel at no cost.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Submitting an order authorizes the full charge, including product, shipping, and duties.
5. Shipping, returns & warranty
Governed by our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and 5-year mechanical warranty on all fittings.
6. Intellectual property
All content, imagery, product designs, and the Brassna name and logo are owned by us or our licensors. No commercial reuse without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the site (scraping, spamming, fraud) or use it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the price paid for the affected product. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
9. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes will be resolved before the courts of Marrakech, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
